I like the durability of the case but the rubber button that turns the phone on and off sucks.
I have to press really hard to turn phone on and reset .
It is a pain when I snooze my phone in the morning.

Nice case, but a removable fit right screen protector would be a nice option. I'm rough on my phone so the case is starting to lose some paint and as usual the dust cover for the cable plug is gone. 2.5 weeks for delivery was a bit to wait. Still like the case itself

Thought case had screen cover..it does not.

The phone case is in a sexy striking bright bumblebee yellow along the top and bottom perimeter. In between the solid metal yellow frame, there is a thick rubber insert that slots between the two main pieces, so 3 pieces total of optimal defense against drops. However, the ergonomics of the case could be improved - when taking it off the phone, you need to have a small allen wrench in hand and the screws are very small (6 total). They have also fallen out of the phone, 4 of which fell out in the first week. They luckily gave 5 extra screws, so I have one extra screw left.

This case is fantastically built and is quite good looking. I feel confident in the protection provided. My greatest disappointment is the fact that no written material about the case mentions the fact that you cannot use the "fingerprint" capability of the Galaxy S20. At let the buyer know in advance that it will not work. Otherwise, it's a great protector for your phone.

This case is exactly as described on the website. I like that it is durable without using as much plastic as other cases. Not that metal and glass production have no harmful impact on the planet, but at least there is somewhat less harm being done than from the plastic.
The sandwich style construction with the screws fixed the problem I was having with my phone. The battery was starting to come slightly unglued. The case just sucked it right in and tightened everything up. This phone can now hold on a little longer until I feel that I HAVE to buy a new one.
It is a nice bonus that this company donates to "Feed the Children."

It is a good case. My only issue is that it does not protect the screen. I bought it for my husband, who drops his phone an awful lot. We have gone through 2 screen protectors so far. So, I am uncertain a screen protector in the case would even be a good idea for him. Other than that, it is a great case.

This is one of the best case I ever had. One thing I will suggest the manufacturer to do better is to provide with additional screws and a temper plate or let people know where we can purchase them other than looking for the right size to replace the ones that are worn out. But overall is an excellent product!

If you like your phone.... you need this case to keep it safe and have it continue looking new. You can put it in your back pocket sit down and not worry about breaking or bending the phone. All the phone functions work just as they did outside if the case...this is a great case...

A++++ Worth the money. Military Grade with less bulk and a whole lot cheaper than the Otterbox or any other case I ever used. My last phone was the Galaxy 6S+ military grade. I didn't need a case at all, but companies need to make money so they discontinued it. This is the next best thing. 5 stars. Don't be afraid to purchase this. You won't be disappointed. I have the red, and it's pretty impressive.

It is very durable and well made. Definitely will protect the phone. It is also very heavy causing the phone to fall off of my magnetic car mount. It is also will not work reliably with a wireless charging dock. I plan to replace with something lighter and compatible with wireless charging.

It is very heavy. When talking to people it is hard for them to hear me at times. Now I have to use an ear piece. Added expense and very inconvenient for me.
The only thing I do like about the product is the holder that one can put on their wrist.

Solid case However, The paint comes right off of it. I really with it were solid Aluminum. It gets very cold in cold weather and hard to handle. Nice overall if you need protection !!!

Signal fails when the phone is in the case. Case is great at making the phone more durable, but if the phone doesn't work whats the point.
